About us

Established in 2020 in Yorkshire, our close-knit team focus on your contractors’ individual needs and are fully committed to delivering the very best service. PDL Payment Solutions will manage your contractors Income Tax, National Insurance and Partnership Expenses. We make payment directly to the contractors nominated bank account and send their Income Tax and Class 1 National Insurance contributions to HMRC on a monthly basis.

At PDL Payment Solutions, saving your contractor money is our priority and their Partnership Expenses are imperative in achieving this. To be able to submit expenses they will need to download our App and create their own personal expense account.

Our services

Upon contract completion we will register your self-employed contractors into a Limited Liability Partnership and on Companies House. This process is transparent and visible to your contractor on the Companies House website.

We will register the LLP for VAT, submit SA800 Partnership Returns and Company Accounts for the LLPs on an annual basis, meaning that all statutory obligations for all partners are met in a timely and accurate manner.

What is IR35?

Originally introduced in April 2000 the IR35 legislation has been tricky to navigate. Businesses have often believed they were hiring contractors, only for HMRC to disagree with their status, often resulting in substantial Tax bills. With the IR35, off-payroll working rules set to be fully enforced from April 2022, having removed the LTD driver option for users that fall within the criteria, now is the time to start looking for your payment solution to help in avoiding unwanted issues.

Are you an umbrella?

No. We are a hybrid payment solution that complies with IR35. Pays Income Tax to HMRC on behalf of the LLP Partners and maximises the earnings potential of its partners.

How do your costings work?

The only outlay is the VAT on each invoice. There is a weekly admin fee charged to the partner
